Shipping news Import-export seminar
The Lyttelton Harbour Board will hold another seminar for importers and exporters in the board's offices, next Tuesday. The seminar was to have been held this week, but a clash of dates has meant it had to be put forward. It was seen by the board as a public relations exercise. said the manager of the container terminal, Mr P. G. Morgan. Business representatives from Christchurch and places further afield in the boards area, such as Ashburton, have been invited. "They can become aware of what we can offer them. By having these seminars, they can better appreciate how they can help us and how we can help them,” he said. ARRIVALS Coastal Trader (7 a.m.) 2500 (S.C.N.Z.), Dndn.
