Friesian cow trophy
A very authentic model of a Friesian cow is the trophy being presented by a Canadian company, Semex (Can-
f ada), Ltd, to the Canterbury t y A. and P. Association. o The trophy, pictured 1 - above, will be awarded to t
the highest-placed four-year-old Friesian cow which has been sired by a Canadian bull.
The class will run each year and Semex (Canada), Ltd, has agreed to provide a replica trophy for each show. The trophy portrays the true type of Holstein-Frie-sian cow.
