Drug ‘boss’ remanded
PA Auckland An Auckland drug “boss,” Colin James Prast, aged 41, a company director, of . Hillsborough, was further remanded in custody when he appeared for sentence in the High Court at Auckland yesterday. Mr Justice Holland said he had insufficient information to sentence Prast, who, last week, pleaded guilty to eight
drug counts, including importing and supplying heroin and morphine. His Honour' said he was considering imposing a fine and making an order for costs towards the prosecution which "must be considerable” as well as a term of imprisonment. He asked the Crown for a report on Prast’s assets, and remanded him until November 13 for sentence.
