Swart retains tour lead
PA Wellington The Waikato cyclist, Jack Swart, has taken over the leadership after the first full day of the 1100 km Dulux Auckland-Wellington race. The race judges put Canterbury’s. Mesman is from near Amsterdam, but has spent the last 10 months in New Zealand, mainly in Hamilton, as part of “seeing the world.” “Back home the fields are so big that it is hard to finish in the first 20 unless you are a good sprinter,” he said.
