The appointee will join a small team of engineers in Head Office and be responsible to the Principal Environmental Health Engineer for public health engineering matters arising from the statutory responsibilities of the Department of Health. The work involves the examination of local authority proposals for water supply and sewage disposal, the implementation of surveillance programmes and the promotion of environmental health projects.
