TRADE MARKS: —Protection for Service marks. -The conflict between registered and unregistered trade marks and trade names. -Re-classification of pre 1940 trade mark registrations. In addition the Committee will be pleased to receive suggestions from interested parties as to any other matters relating to Industrial Property laws and practices which they think should be considered.
