This is the first time that the awards have catered specifically for both manufacturers and independent designers. Manufacturers will be invited to submit entries in categories for sportswear; daywear/casual co-ordinated dressing; high fashion day wear; the Wool Award, presented by the New Zealand Wool Board; and after-five high fashion.
