‘Mismanagement’ by Waimairi

Council “mismanagement" had led to a counselling service losing its rooms at the Bishopdale Community Centre earlier this month, the Waimairi County Council heard last evening. “It gave them no room to manoeuvre by asking them to move out on October 5,” Cr I. Calvert said. “I believe the council mismanaged this.”
