Blast at rugby H.Q.
PA Schenectady An explosion extensively damaged the offices of the Eastern Rugby Union last evening as the union’s team prepared for a controversial match against the South African Springboks, .authorities said. > ’ No-one immediately claimed responsibility for the blast, and no injuries were reported, police added. The explosion also damaged some shops on the building’s first floor.
