A mystery starring Lloyd Bridges as a private detective who uses a supercrime organisation to determine the cause of death of a friend’s son. Also starring Cloris Leachman, Victor Buono. 5.00: STAR TREK. A man with eternal life refuses to surrender his privacy to save the lives of all aboard the Enterprise. (Repeat).
6.0(h NEWS AT SIX. 6.30: B.J. AND THE BEAR. Pogo Lil believes her long-lost father has turned up only to get his hands on her gold mine. 7.30: COWBOYS. When their wages are not paid on time the boys decide to help themselves to a few "perks" instead.
8.00: THE TIMELESS LAND. Conor is sent to Sydney for safety as a convict rebellion’ seems likely. She finds happiness with Mark, but a brief reunion between Ellen and Johnny brings tragedy.
10.00: NEWS AT TEN. 10.30: LEAVE IT TO CHARLIE. Harry needs a bride but it's hard to imagine anyone needing Harry. 11.00; VEGAS. A female impersonator ignores threats against him until a grotesque mannequin appears in his dressing room. With Wolfman Jack. 11.55: CLOSEDOWN.
