Woman stabbed
PA Wellington A young woman was found dead with multiple stab wounds in a house in the Wellington suburb of Wainuiomata yesterday. Her husband, who had also suffered stabbing injuries, was taken to hospital and later underwent surgery. The death is being treated as homicide and a 10-man inquiry team is being led by Detective Inspector C. W. Wilson, head of the Lower Hutt C. 1.8.
The police are not looking for a weapon or any other person in connection with the incident.
