Man denies entering broadcasting van
PA Wellington I A trade union officer ! pleaded not guilty in the j District Court at Wellington I yesterday on a charge of ; unlawfully getting into a ■ Broadcasting Corporation i van and assault on a constable last Sunday.
Francis Colin Wevers, aged 34, pleaded not guilty when he appeared before Judge Jaine.
He was remanded on bail of $4OO for a defended hearing on October 12.
