O.P.E.C. challenge Finance Ministers fron O.P.E.C. countries have chai longed the world's industri alised nations to contribuU $754 million to the International Fund for Agricul tural Development. The Council of Ministers of (ho O.P.E.C. International Development Fund voted to. match the contribution with $522 million. The Fund for Agricultural Development was created in 1976 with an initial donation of about $505 million from the O.P.E.C. fund.—Quito, Ecuador.
