-’Greymouth reporter . $ A coast-to-coasti run. from j. Greymouth to Christchurch, 1 will- be attempted toy a blind '? f marathon runner,'Mr John£ Stratford, starting On Sunday,,?.' July 19. <’ He will be supported by a team from the Air New 1 Zealand Runners Club in Greymouth. The team will be
sent on its way from Greymouth by the Mayor (Dr B. M. Dallas). Mr Stratford will run through the Otira Gorge and hopes to reach Cathedral Square, Christchurch, on Friday, July 24, at 1 p.m. where he will be met by the Mayor (Mr Hamish Hay). The day is the eve of the annual Braille Day appeal.
