BRIDGE CLOSURES FOX RIVER BRIDGE FOX GLACIER UNDER Section 13 of the National Roads Act 1953 the following highway closures are advised to allow for bridge painting work. The Fox River Bridge on SH6 at Fox Glacier, may be closed, depending on weather conditions aor periods of up to 69 minutes between 9 a.m. and 4.20 p.m. on any day from Friday, June 12 until further notice. The bridge will be opened to traffic for ten minutes at 10 a.m., 11 a.m., 1.30 p.m., 2.30 p.m., and 3.30 p.m. and for 30 minutes from 12 noon to 12.30 p.m No practical by-pass routes are available P.
