Amend Continuous Passenger Service i Licence No. 3267 as set out below: la) Terminals and Description of Route and Location to be served. Delete □resent routes 1 and 2 and I replace with the following— From within a 10 mile radius of the Auckland. Wellington. Christchurch or ' Hamilton Central Post Offices, or from Auckland International Airport, to any point in New Zealand. (b> Particulars of Vehicles authorised to be use. Delete present Schedule of Vehicles and replace with the following—Any service coach of the licensee’s fleet holding a current Certificate of Fitness, (c) Special Conditions. Delete present Special Conditions and replace with the following. 1. The purpose of this licence being to carry passengers on tours organised in accordance with these conditions, no passenger shall be carried save those prepared to become and remain members of a conducted tour partv at an inclusive price covering transport, accommodation, and sightseeing. 2. Each tour shall be carried out in accordance with an itinerary previously announced or advertised and providing for the tour party to visit places of scenic, educational, industrial or public interest. A copy of the itinerary shall be carried bv the driver and produced on demand to an enforcement officer. 3. Tours shall not be organised for the sole or principal purpose of carrying, passengers to sporting or other events to be held at at places en route. 4. Save as provided in Special Condition 6. each tour party shall be returned to the point of pick-up at the conclusion of the tour. 5. (c> All other provisions of Regulation 17 of the Transport Licensing Regulations 1963 in respect of driving hours and time records shall apply. 11- Not more than 20 per cent of the capacity of any vehicle shall be picked up in Wellington on each or any tour. /▼X Ministry of Works v*!/ and Development WAIMAKARIRi GORGE : SH 72 BRIDGE REPAIRS UNDER SECTION 13 of the National Roads Act 1953, notice i, hereby given that during strengthening work on the Waimakariri Gorge Bridge the following restrictions will apply: (a) Intermittent Closure: The bridge may be closed for periods of up to 1 hour duration on any day with opening times of 5 minutes each hour, on the hour. ' (b) Width Restriction: The approaches and bridge will be restricted to vehicle- not exceeding 3 300 metres in width. This restriction will particularly affect Agricultural machinery travelling under clause 48 of the Traffic Regulations 1976. No bypass route is available.
