THE COMPANY is seeking a person with a selling background for appointment to the position of Manager of our Ashburton branch office. The successful applicant, who will report to the general manager, will be required to sell display and classified advertising space, organise and further the sales and distribution of the newspaper in the area, and generally supervise, and be responsible for, the day to day administrative functions of the branch office. • He will be assisted by a small clerical staff. A subsidised staff superannuation scheme is available after a qualifying period.
