Suspects arrested
NZPA-Reutcr Barcelona Police investigating the Barcelona bank siege have arrested more suspected Right-wing extremists and have stepped up security for Armed Forces Day celebrations this week-end. King Juan Carlos and the Prime Minister, Mr Leopoldo Calvo Sotelo, are due in Barcelona today ,to attend three days of military ceremonies. The' discovery of a tunnel possibly, linked with last week-end’s bank siege, has raised fears that extremists are planning a bomb attack to disrupt the parades. Police sources said that four suspected Right-wingers were detained in Madrid and another in Barcelona, bringing to eight the. number of arrests since the siege.
