REGULATIONS 1974 (No. 2599 AG 61422) PURSUANT to Regulation 3 (1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following lands are declared to be infected areas: (a) The land on which potato cyst nematode has been found: (1) An area of 1.1379 hectares, or thereabouts, situated east of Avoca Valley Road, Christchurch; situated in Block XVI of the Christchurch Survey District, being Lot 4 on the Deposit Plan 29481, part of. (ii) An area of 8.1326 hectares or thereabouts, situated east of and adjoining Marshland Road in Block VII of the Christchurch Survey District, being part of Lot 1 on DP 7380. part of Rural Section 1351. (a) The land on which potato cyst nematode has been found: (i) An area of 4.2605 hectares or thereabouts, situated west of and adjoining Marshland Road .Christchurch, in Block VII of the Christchurch Survey District, comprising parts of Rural Sections 7670 and 7670 X" and being Lot 1

on plan deposited in the Land Registry Office as No. 3332, CT 283/295 (Canterbury Registry). ’ This land was previously declared as (b) (i) in notice No. 2085. •This notice should be read together with notices No; 1086 dated March 26. 1975; No. 1488 dated July 28, 1976; and No. 2085 dated February 23, 1979.
