Boat sinks
An overloaded boat sank in a storm on Lake Albert and at least 60 of the 80 people on board drowned, Uganda Radio has reported. Fifteen people had been rescued and 15 bodies were recovered. Quoting Uganda naval police reports, the radio said the boat had a capacity of 50 passengers. Lake ■ Albert straddles the Uganda-Zaire border.—Kampala.
