Lethal injection

A father of two died after being injected for a routine filling by a Cumbrian dentist, a Coroner’s Court has been told. The injection coiitained a mixture of brietai, to cause unconsciousness, ; and halothane, which, should only be inhaled. The dentist, Neil Forker, said he had to accept that halothane was inadver-’ tently poured into the brietai bottle.
