Prop. Secs bonus Property Securities, Ltd, proposes to make a bonus •issue of one share for every four held, payable from the asset revaluation reserve, the chairman (Mr F. H. Renouf) announced. When the number of shares in any bolding is not exactly divisible by four, fractions of one half and over will be rounded up to the next full share; fractions under one half will be ignored. Subject to the issue being approved by shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting on June 9 the new shares will rank equally with existing shares for payment of all future dividends including the final dividend yet to be declared in respect of the company’s financial year ending on July 31. The directors expect that the final dividend payable in November will be not less than 11 per cent (5.5 c a share) on the increased capital.
