Lyttelton II delayed

NZPA Sydney The Lyttelton Harbour Board's old tug Lyttelton II has encountered. rough weather on its trip across the Tasman to a new home in Sydney and is not now due until tomorrow. Customs officers said they expected the 42-year-old steam tug through the Sydney Heads on Sunday and it would be tying up near Circular Quay, close to the city.

Lyttelton 11, which has been bought by the newly formed Pittwater and Broken Bay Steamship Preservation Group for $20,000, had been due to arrive at Sydney yesterday. It has a crew of 18 on board, including eight holidaying harbour board workers, among them Captain Euan Crawford, in charge of the vessel for the crossing.
