Mixed fishing bag
Anglers looking forward to a long Easter week-end of fishing will be in for a mixed bag of river conditions. The following rivers are clear and fishable: the Ashley, the Waimakariri Gorge,
and the Selwyn. The Hurunui and the Rakaia Mouth and Gorge are I slightly discoloured and fishable. , The Waimakariri | Mouth is discoloured but fishable and the Waiau is dirty and unfishable.
