Inquiry into rail crash
PA Wellington A one-man independent inquiry into a fatal rail crash in Wellington last year is expected to start its hearings in mid-May, according to the Railways. A former senior District Court judge, Mr Max Willis,’ will conduct the inquiry into the causes of the crash, in which two people died and 53 were injured. ’
