PA Auckland A creditor’s petition against a Clevedon business consultant, Mr Ivor Mosley, was adjourned, by a High Court judge yesterday. North Island Wholesale Grocers, Ltd, Guys, Ltd, and the supermarket tycoon, Mr Albert Gubay, were the creditors. Mr Justice Sinclair, who said the parties had agreed to an arrangement which, if adhered to, would result in the payment of the debt, adjourned the matter to May 20.
