Territorials return
PA Wellington A 120-man New Zealand Territorial infantry company has returned home after a month’s jungle training in Singapore and Malaysia. The company was drawn from battalions in Wellington, Hawke’s Bay, Auckland, Northland, Otago, and Southland, and was under the command of a Dannevirke lawyer, Major E. GartrelL The training ended with a combined exercise involving the ..Singapore-based New Zealand Infantry Regiment and Malaysian Army and Navy detachments.
