Creditors’ petition dismissed
PA Auckland A creditors’ petition against the initiator of the Aqua Avia venture, William Matthew Burns Thompson, was dismissed by a High Court judge yesterday. The High Court at Auckland was told yesterday that Mr Thompson had come to terms with the A..N.Z. Bank Group, which sought payment of an $18,388 debt. Mr Justice Sinclair dismissed the petition-
