THE Local Government Commission has approved the provisional reorganisation scheme providing ior thiee areas to be excluded from the district of the County of Evra and included in the district of the Borough of Kaiapoi and an area to be i excluded from the district of the Borough of • Kaiapoi • and included in the district of the County of Eyre.
