He pleaded guilty and the court heard that he was with the other accused, his brother, at a house party in Glenfield on February 13. Paul Leonard allegedly produced a bullet of cannabis wrapped in tinfoil and suggested they smoke it. The defendant thought the cannabis was “suspect” and replaced it with some he had in his wallet, without his brother’s knowledge. Jphn Leonard was convicted and fined 3100.
