Public Notices MOTUEKA RIVER ■ - NOTICE NOTICE is hereby given that this Ministry is considering an application to uplift Regulation (7) (1) (b) of the Water Recreation Regulations on the above river. The area of water affected Is as follows: — MOTUEKA RIVER BETWEEN STATE HIGHWAY 60 ROAD BRIDGE AND NGATIMOTI ONLY The purpose of the proposed uplifting is to permit small craft when using the river to exceed 5. Knots within 200 metres of the river banks. Members of the public are invited to comment on the application. Comments should be forwarded within one month of the date of publication of this notice to the Regional Marine Officer, Mlnistrv of Transport, P.O. Box 27144, Upper Willis Street, Wellington. WEATHER permitting, electricity supply will be off in the Walnoni area, on Monday.
