The “Local Government Act, 1974,” states that every road shall be not less than 20 metres wide subject to certain exceptions. The purpose of the proposed action is to dedicate the land concerned as under-width road. Further notice is given tiiat the resolution relating to the Special Order will be submitted to an Ordinary Meeting of the Council to be held in the Council Chambers, Fendalton. on Wednesdav, March 18. 1981, at 7 p.m. for confirmation as a Special Order.
