Car-bomb in Salisbury

South African commandos staged a raid last month on an A.N.C. target in the Mozambique capital of Maputo. The police said that thei 7kg bomb was discovered] last week-end at the home i of the A.N.C. member, Joel! Gcabi, in Salisbury’s Ash-I down Park suburb. Wires from the bomb were attached to the from wheel of his car and the explosives would have detonated if the car had beer moved, a spokesman said. Zimbabwe Army engineers defused the device.
