McEnroe as film star?
NZPA London The American tennis star, John McEnroe, was being considered for the lead in a film to be called “Terry and the Pirates,” according to “Daily. Mail” newspaper diarist, Nigel Dempster,
yesterday. Dempster, writing his diary from the United States, said the $2O million film, based on a U.S. comic sTip. was due to start shooting in the (northern) autumn.
