Man finds body in house, then arrested
PA ' ■ ■ ■ Wellington • A man who telephoned the police to tell ’ them he had found the body, of an ; elderly woman in a Taita house early yesterday was later arrested and charged with burglary. Senior-Sergeant N. D. Wynne, of the Lower Hutt police, had a call from the man soon after 3 a.m. The police accompanied him back to the house where they found the body of the woman, aged 65, who had apparently died of natural causes. The man, aged 21, was to appear in the District Court at Lower Hutt charged with burglary and wilful damage. The name of the woman has not.yet been released as next-of-kin have yet to be informed.
