Kay, a director of Pilkington Brothers, Ltd, in the United Kingdom, and Mr R. G. Cambie, managing director of Pilkington Brothers (New Zealand). Mr I. D. Reid, managing director of Pil-kington-A.C.I. is an additional appointee to the board. Mr A. Ramsdale, general manager of New Zealand Window Glass, continues as a director, and Mr L. M. Papps continues as chairman.
