Farmers, Blackwell join Christchurch motor agencies

The Christchurch General Motors franchise dealerships of New Zealand Farmers Co-operative Association of Canterbury. Ltd, and B‘ ac k' well Motors. Ltd. will be amalgamated. The business- will be continued under the ownership and name of Blackwell Motors, Ltd. Speaking on behalf or Blackwell Motons, the chairman of directors (Mr A. T. F. Beere) said that the move was a practical step to concentrate the businesses on one site and would ultimately be to the benefit of both companies.
