Fare-cutting warning
PA Auckland Firm action will be taken . this week by a committed of . international airlines serving . New Zealand against travel companies which persist in offering illegal discount air ; fares. If the companies did not 1 stop discounting, or prove . that they had the right to offer such fares, the Ministry of Transport would be asked to take legal action, . said the committee’s chairman, Mr A. Lovell, in Auck- ; land yesterday. The committee would write to all airline agents ; and remind them of their ; obligations under their agreements with the airlines, : Mr Lovell said.
