Mt Herbert valuations
Mount Herbert propertyowners can expect a visit from the Government valuer within the next three months. The Christchurch supervising valuer, Mr T. C. Barnett, said that valuers would inspect all proper* ties as part of the fiveyearly revaluation. New ■figures would be issued to owners about the middle of 1981. All valuers carried an authority to inspect and property owners should ask for this if there was any doubt about the caller, said Mr Barnett.
