SPORTS ADVISER N.Z. Council for Recreation and Sport Applications are invited for the new full-time position of SPORTS ADVISER N.Z.C.R.S. based in Wellington to commence duties by Ist February 1981. The Sports Adviser is the staff member principally involved in meeting the Council's responsibilities to the sporting sector under the Recreation and Sport Act, 1973. Applicants must possess a knowledge of the place of recreation and sport in New Zealand society, and must have shown leadership in sports administration, coaching, and facilities or club management. Relevant professional qualifications may be in education, physical education or a field related to appointee may be offered a contract of up to three years in the first instance.
