Brierley buys stake in Spedding

H. ■ Reynolds); The Brierley group acquired 402,200 Spedding ordinary shares (equal to. 19.9 per cent of those • on issue) and 80,000 specified preference shares (17.6 per cent). Mr Reynolds confirmed that the purchaser was the Brierley group.
