New director
Mr H. G. Hay, has accepted an invitation to join the board of Midland Coachlines, Ltd, to fill the vacancy caused by the resignation of Mr E. Miller.
Mr Hay, the Mayor of Christchurch, was previously deputy managing director of Haywrights, Ltd, and is now a ? director of the joint Farmers and Haywrights retail organisation. He is an original trustee of the Canterbury Savings Bank, since 1962, and also served a period as its president. ...
