The crossing: is near the top of a rise outside Mr Foster’s’chemist shop in the Mount- Smart shopping centre. . . Mr Foster and a wine shop assistant, Mr A. R. Bancroft, had been lobbying the Onehunga Borough Council to have the pedestrian crossing moved or traffic lights installed.
