Arnold and Wright ‘slightly better’

Ar-’ nold) told shareholders at; the annual meeting. | All six subsidiaries of the Wellington lighting manufacturer and retailer that had full order books, and the parent was also ' trading reasonably, he said. Mr Arnold said:-“It is my view that business will continue more or less at this; levelfor the rest of the year; —we don’t fear any vast; downturn.
“Up to now we’ve been keeping up with inflation,; and in the first part of this year we have been trading slightly better than last year. There is no fear of a vast turndown in the remainder of the year.” As reported the company’s profit for the year to April
