OTAGO HOSPITAL BOARD MECHANICAL OVERSEER — DUNEDIN HOSPITAL APPLICATIONS are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons for the whole time position of Mechanical Overseer in the Engineering Services at Dunedin Hospital. The successful applicant is required to be fully qualified in mechanical trades of fitting and turning with the addition of suitable experience in welding and a good knowledge of heavy engineering work. Preference would be given to suitable applicants who have examination qualifications to at least the level of 3rd Marine Certificate and/or the Mechanical Advanced Trade Certificate. An important consideration is workshop '.nan-agement for work and staff control in a medium to heavy engineering workshop environment, and such experience would be an advantage. The successful ap. plicant should have training in work control procedures and documentation for staff and job requirements as efficient control of work, staff, stores and spare parts is a necessity.
