Nuclear weapons
Sir, — It is regrettable that the nuclear protesters out today do not seem to be aware that without, the nuclear bomb and nuclear warships, there would be many, more battles to, commemorate than the “Battle of Britain” commemorated today. The people who profited from the old-style wars, the economic vacuum cleaners, are afraid now to get wars started because they themselves would be in as meh danger as anyone else from nuclear devices. — Yours, etc., G. K. MURROW, September 21, 1980.
