AIR SERVICES LICENSING ACT 1951 Notice of Application and of Public Hearing 1. An application in respect of an Air Service Licence has been received as described in the Schedule hereunder. A Public Hearing of the Licensing Authority will be heard at "10.15 a.m. on Tuesday the 7th day of October 1980 in the Conference Room, Empire Hotel, Queen Street, Masterton, for the purpose of considering evidence in favour of or against the granting of the application. 2. Written submissions in respect of the application will be accepted by the Licensing Authority not later than 4 p.m. on Thursday the 2nd, day of October 1980. 3. Notice of objection to the application will be accepted by the Licensing Authority not later than 4 p.m. on Thursday the 2nd day of October 1980 and a duplicate notice shall be 'sent to the applicant. The notice must state the general grounds for objection and must be accompanied by such documents, testimonials or other written evidence as the objector considers will assist the Licensing Authority in its consideration of the application.
