Egg body to meet in N.Z.
Representatives of the 21 egg marketing bodies throughout the world, which make up the International Egg _ Commission (1.E.C.), will meet next month, for the. first time in iNew Zealand.
The group is, in effect, the world standards body for the international egg industry, and the conference will be held at Auckland from October 6 to 11. The I.E.C. conference is open to all members of the various branches of the poultry industry. The secretary of the New Zealand Egg Marketing Authority’, Mr L. McKinnon, said that the meetirig basically a . production and marketing conference, where ■ the various international groups could meet and discuss these topics.
