Assault alleged
PA Auckland A complaint of assault against the chairman of the Auckland Rugby Union, Mr R. M. Don, was made to the Auckland police yesterday by a Television New Zealand cameraman.
The complaint was laid by Mr Graham Orbell, and
referred to an alleged incident at Eden Park at the New Zealand XV-Fiji rugby match -last Saturday.
The head of the Auckland central police, Chief Superintendent E. G. Perry, said later that the complaint would be investigated.
