J. Langdon suspended
PA Wellington The Cambridge horseman, John Langdon, has been suspended from driving up to and including September 20. Langdon was found guilty of allowing Titan Bay to shift ground with about 1100 m to run in the Globe Bay Handicap at Hutt Park Raceway on Tuesday night, causing interference to Katy’s Command. . In the mix-up which fol-! lowed, Alec Peterson suffered a buckled wheel and had to be pulled up. . The breaking of Sprylita during the running of the Second Army Handicap was attributed to Jay Way shifting ground and the latter’s driver, J. Mackie, was subjsequently fined $5O.
